SMC Enterprises is active in a number of different industries, however or principle focus is property investment and land development.  We are actively looking for residential and commercial investment property across the Unites States.

Residential Property

The types of properties that we are looking for in the residential market fall into two main categories: 

• sub-FMV (Fair Market Value) sales. In certain situations sellers need to move a property quickly and are must find a buyer with the means to complete a quick sale.  If you have property that you are looking to sell at a sub-FMV price, contact us.
• Development Property. Of particular interest are lakefront, oceanfront and mountain properties. If you own land that may be suitable for planned-community development, we would like to hear from you.

Commercial Property

We are interested in properties that are located in emerging commercial centers and are suitable for multi-purpose commercial development.  We are also interested in properties that are located in re-emergent commercial centers, such as Downtown revitalization zones.  If you own property with development potential that meets this criteria, or if you are considering a project and looking to partner with an experienced development team please let us know.

Partnerships
